JAECOO Mother's Day Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to all residents of South Africa except employees, suppliers, and dealerships of JAECOO South Africa.

2. Entry Period:

The competition starts on the 9th of May and closes on the 16th of May 2025.

3. How to Enter:

• Comment on what makes their mother or anyone who plays a mother figure in their lives special on the official competition post.
• Ensure your profile is public for entry verification.

4. Prize:

• One winner will receive a R10 000 travel voucher.
• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winners will be chosen through a random selection process at JAECOO South Africa's discretion.
• JAECOO South Africa and/or its representatives reserve the right to select the competition winners.
• Winners will be contacted via JAECOO South Africa's official social media accounts.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the winner announcement or direct message within 72 hours.
• Failure to respond within this time frame will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner may be required to share pictures from their trip, which JAECOO South Africa may feature on its social media channels.
• JAECOO South Africa reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
